Open Position 1: Pro-Audio Assembly Technician

Department: Technical Operations & Quality Control
Location: Jl. Diponegoro No.25, Denpasar, Bali (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Shift-Based

Role Overview: As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for executing our complimentary Free Assembly Service for local clients. You will unbox, structurally build, and technically calibrate premium gear—ensuring every product functions flawlessly before hand-over.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble complex acoustic and electronic drum kits, including hardware rack alignment, head tensioning, and electronic module routing.
  • Mount mixers, media players, and standalone controllers into heavy-duty professional DJ flight cases.
  • Perform baseline testing, firmware updates, and basic audio patch-cord testing on amplifiers and digital mixing consoles.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe technical workbench inside our Denpasar facility.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience handling musical instruments, live sound PA systems, or electronic studio gear.
  • Strong manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to comfortably use precision hand tools.
  • A solid understanding of basic audio signaling, inputs/outputs, and technical equipment manuals.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for working directly with professional musical instruments.

Open Position 2: International Logistics & Packaging Specialist

Department: Warehouse Logistics & Global Shipping Fulfillment
Location: Jl. Diponegoro No.25, Denpasar, Bali (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview: As a Packaging Specialist, you are the last line of defense ensuring our world-class gear survives long-distance transit. You will pack sensitive electronic equipment and instruments to meet rigorous export criteria for secure worldwide shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack high-value international orders using industrial-grade shockproof materials, custom foam padding, and moisture-barrier membranes.
  • Ensure all bundled items, original product manuals, accessories, and promotional materials match the invoice exactly before sealing boxes.
  • Apply accurate international freight labeling and ensure strict compliance with box-dimension parameters for tier-1 carriers like DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Assist in managing incoming distributor freight and updating structural inventory manifests.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in ecommerce packaging, warehouse operations, or international export logistics is highly preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy music equipment safely (e.g., tube amplifiers, large PA speakers, and multi-channel flight cases).
  • Methodical mindset with a zero-tolerance approach to missing parts or loose inner-box packaging.
  • Basic computer literacy to review digital invoices, print shipping slips, and track inventory.
