  • Flat Rate Shipping: A standard flat fee of USD 110.00 applies to all international orders that do not meet the complimentary threshold.
  • Complimentary Free Shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping on all single orders with a total shopping cart value exceeding USD 1,000.00.

Processing and Delivery Timelines

We work diligently to ensure your gear is calibrated, securely packed, and dispatched promptly. Please review our operational cutoff and transit windows below:

  • Daily Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 AM (GMT+07:00 Western Indonesia Time / Jakarta). Orders received after this window will enter processing on the following business day.
  • Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Operational from Monday to Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays).
  • Carrier Transit Time: 11 – 12 business days (Transit occurs from Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: You can expect your package to arrive within 12 – 14 business days from the date of purchase confirmation.

Immediately after your cargo leaves our Denpasar warehouse, our system automatedly transmits your official tracking number to your registered email address so you can track your shipment live.

On-Site Local Pickup Options

If you reside in or are visiting Bali, you may choose to bypass shipping fees by selecting the “Local Pickup” option during your checkout process. Once your selected instruments or live sound systems are fully inspected and prepared for hand-over at our physical storefront (Jl. Diponegoro No.25, Denpasar), we will send you a pickup notification email detailing collection hours.

Critical Shipping Terms & Address Integrity

Inaccurate Address Disclaimers: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide precise location coordinates and contact info. If an international parcel is returned to our facility as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to arrange local customs clearance, a mandatory re-shipping fee of USD 110.00 will be billed to the client.

Damaged or Lost Consignments: All shipments are fully insured against transit incidents. In the unfortunate event that your audio gear arrives with visible physical damage, save all packaging materials and email our sales division at [email protected] within 24 hours with your invoice number and photographic evidence. For packages stalled or lost in transit, contact us so we can fast-track an official investigation with the carrier to provide a replacement or a structural refund.
