What Items Qualify for Free Assembly?

Our expert technical team provides professional structural setup and component calibration for bulk or complex instrument setups, including:

  • Acoustic & Electronic Drum Kits: Complete hardware rack building, drumhead tensioning, cymbal mounting, and module wiring.
  • Live Sound & PA Systems: Mixer-to-amplifier patching, wireless microphone frequency synchronization, and active speaker array configuration.
  • DJ Rig Environments: Controller-to-laptop routing configurations, flight-case mounting, and standalone media player firmware updates.

Service Terms: Local Pickup & Bali Deliveries

Due to safety and structural transit constraints for delicate gear, our Free Assembly Service is subject to the following logistical guidelines:

  • On-Site Local Pickup: If you choose “Local Pickup” at our storefront (Jl. Diponegoro No.25, Denpasar), you can request our team to pre-assemble your equipment. We will hand over the gear fully built, tested, and ready for immediate performance.
  • Regional Bali Delivery: For addresses within our local Bali delivery zone, equipment can be pre-assembled at our facility or built on-site by our technicians upon delivery.

Exclusion for Long-Distance International Shipping

Please note that for International Shipping Orders handled via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS, items must be shipped in their original, compact, factory-sealed shockproof packaging. Pre-assembling heavy gear like drum kits or large speaker arrays prior to global transit increases the risk of freight damage. However, all international orders include comprehensive digital manuals, and our technical sales division offers remote structural guidance via [email protected].
