Celestion Creamback Speaker: The Heart of Your Tone

At the core of the Dirty Shirley 1×12″ cab is a Celestion G12H 150W Redback speaker, renowned for its warm and crunchy tone with refined highs. The G12H has been a staple of rock music since the 1960s, used by guitarists like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Jimmy Page to achieve their iconic sounds. The Redback version handles more power while retaining the G12H’s characteristic woody and vocal midrange. This fusion of vintage tone and modern versatility makes the Creamback ideally suited for any genre or playing style.

Open-Back Design Delivers Tight, Punchy Sound

The 1×12″ cab features a open-back design for articulate tone with huge low end. Despite its compact size, this cab roars with the best thanks to its ported enclosure and overbuilt construction. Tongue-and-groove Baltic birch and reinforced corners enable it to withstand the demands of the road. Soldered 12-gauge speaker wire ensures you get the pure, uncolored tone of the Creamback speaker. Overall, the closed-back 1×12″ cab gives you big sound in a small, portable package.
