VOX V212HWRX Handwired 2×12″ 30W Speaker Cabinet – Blue

Description

Designed as a true extension of the classic AC30 sound, the VOX V212HWRX 2×12″ cabinet pairs period-correct construction with Celestion Alnico Blue speakers to deliver the chime, compression and harmonic bloom that defined British rock tone. Built for players who want the feel and response of vintage VOX without compromise, it balances lightweight resonance, room-filling projection and the unmistakable voice of one of the most iconic speaker pairings in guitar history.

Period-Correct Birch Plywood Construction

The V212HWRX cabinet follows vintage VOX specifications, using 12 mm birch plywood to achieve a lighter, more resonant enclosure than modern, heavily braced designs. This construction allows the cabinet to breathe, producing an open, three-dimensional sound that spreads naturally through a room rather than projecting in a narrow beam. The result is a more immersive playing experience, whether you?re on stage or tracking in the studio.

Celestion Alnico Blue Speaker Voice And Feel

Two 12″ Celestion Alnico Blue speakers complete the voice, delivering shimmering highs, warm midrange character, and smooth, musical breakup as volume increases. Known for their touch sensitivity and harmonic richness, these speakers respond dynamically to picking nuance and amp settings, making the V212HWRX an ideal match for players chasing authentic AC30 tone with clarity, depth and expressive feel.
