Description

The Downbeat outfit from Ludwig is a re-issue of their Pink Oyster Pearl standard finish, originally offered in 1960. Using original color swatches owned by legendary drum collector and Ludwig artist, Bun E. Carlos, this legendary finish was recreated in the Classic Maple series in all standard configurations and component sizes. The Downbeat outfit includes a 20 in. by 14 in. bass drum, a 12 in. by 8 in. tom and a 14 in. by 14 in. floor tom all based on Ludwig workhorse 7-ply cross-laminated maple shells made in Monroe, North Carolina.
