Blueridge BR-40T Contemporary Series Tenor Acoustic Guitar Natural

Description

The Blueridge BR-40T tenor acoustic guitar brings back the classic four-string tenor guitar with premium tonewoods and craftsmanship. Designed for musicians looking for a unique voice, the BR-40T produces a bright, focused tone with outstanding resonance that cuts through any mix.

Solid Sitka Spruce Top

At the heart of the BR-40T’s sound is a hand-selected solid Sitka spruce top. With a tight, straight grain, Sitka spruce emphasizes clarity and articulation. The scalloped bracing allows the spruce top to freely vibrate, resulting in a crisp tone with shimmering highs.

Mahogany Back and Sides

Mahogany, a traditional tonewood for acoustic instruments, provides the back and sides of the BR-40T. Mahogany balances resonance and warmth, reinforcing the Sitka spruce top with a robust low end and sustain. The all-wood construction gives this tenor guitar an inherently musical tonality.

Fast, Easy-Playing Neck

The slim mahogany neck and 22-fret East Indian rosewood fingerboard make the BR-40T exceptionally playable. An ideal combination of comfort and speed, the neck’s satin finish and shallow profile allow effortless position changes and complex chords. The rosewood fingerboard, a traditional acoustic tonewood, produces a smooth feel and clear note articulation.

Built to Inspire

Blueridge designed the BR-40T tenor acoustic guitar to inspire musicians with its unique four-string format and premium all-wood craftsmanship. An instrument that honors tradition while pushing creative boundaries, the BR-40T produces a focused, shimmering tone to help shape your unique musical voice.
