ESP LTD EC-1007 Electric Guitar Black

Description

The ESP LTD EC-1007 Baritone EverTune brings 7-string power to the brand’s popular Eclipse shape, unlocking thick, rich baritone tones with exceptional stability. Its 27″ scale length means you can tune down as low as you want while retaining ideal string tension. And the guitar stays in perfect tune at all points on the neck thanks to the EverTune bridge. With set-thru construction, the contoured EC-1007 offers smooth access to notes beyond the 22nd fret. The mahogany body with maple top provides a balanced tone, while the three-piece mahogany neck offers outstanding resonance. Fishman Fluence humbuckers deliver two distinct voices per pickup via push/pull switching, giving you a wealth of tone-shaping control. The EC-1007 also features multi-ply body and headstock binding, LTD locking tuners and a Macassar ebony fingerboard with pearl ESP flag inlays.

Keep Your Tuning Rock Solid With the EverTune Bridge

You can push the EC-1007 into the deepest baritone territory without losing definition, thanks to its EverTune bridge. This innovative system maintains consistent string tension across the neck, meaning your tuning stays perfect through bends, vibrato and heavy riffing. The 27″ scale length also allows lower tunings without losing tautness. Together, the EverTune bridge and extended scale give you room to downtune as low as you want, while retaining tight low end and crisp articulation.

Access Higher Frets With Set-Thru Neck Construction

The EC-1007’s set-thru design offers effortless access to notes beyond the 22nd fret. Its smoothly contoured heel allows your hand to reach the top of the 24-fret Macassar ebony fingerboard with no obstructions. This makes navigating the EC-1007’s extended range a breeze. The slim three-piece mahogany neck itself provides outstanding resonance and sustain, while adding gorgeous multi-ply binding dresses up the guitar’s premium look.

Shape Your Sound With Versatile Fishman Fluence Pickups

A set of Fishman Fluence humbuckers fuels the EC-1007’s array of tones, with ceramic in the bridge and alnico in the neck. Each pickup has two distinct voicings, selectable via push/pull switching on the volume knobs. The bridge pickup moves from ultra high-output to organic crunch, while the neck pickup switches from a full modern tone to a vintage-flavored voice. With four distinct humbucker flavors at your fingertips, you can sculpt the perfect tone to suit any musical situation.
