The quartersawn maple neck is reinforced with graphite for rock-solid stability under changing weather conditions. Carved and rolled to Eddie Van Halen’s personal specifications, the neck has an ultra-fast satin urethane finish so your hand glides smoothly up and down the fingerboard. A 12″ to 16″ compound radius gives you effortless string bending in the higher frets.

A pair of EVH Wolfgang Alnico 2 humbucking pickups are mounted directly to the body, eliminating the tone-dampening effects of a pickguard. These hot humbuckers produce a high-output tone that’s perfect for hard rock and metal, with rich lows, aggressive mids and detailed highs. Double-Locking Tremolo Keeps You in Tune

A Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo means you’ll stay in tune even with wild dive bombs and squeals. The Floyd Rose nut locks down the strings at the headstock, while the bridge locks them at the body end. This rock-solid tuning stability lets you wail without constraint.
