Fender 75th Anniversary American Professional II Custom Telecaster Electric Guitar – 2-Color Sunburst

Description

Seventy-five years after its debut, the Tele remains the definitive blueprint for clarity, punch and uncompromising utility. The Fender 75th Anniversary American Professional II Custom Telecaster marks the milestone with a distinctly upscale expression of that legacy. Built on the high-performance American Professional II platform, this limited-edition model pairs a resonant alder body with a flamed maple top and elegant double binding, adding striking visual depth to the iconic Tele formula. A satin-finished Deep C maple neck delivers modern speed and a substantial, confident feel, while 75th Anniversary V-Mod II pickups with push/push series wiring move effortlessly from classic single-coil snap to thick, high-output textures. Finished in 2-Color Sunburst with gold locking tuners and a compensated three-saddle bridge, it stands as a refined, performance-ready tribute to one of the most influential electric guitars ever built.

Alder Body With Flamed Maple Top for Articulate Snap and Striking Looks

The alder body provides the balanced, articulate response long associated with classic Tele tone?clear highs, focused mids and a tight, controlled low end that sits effortlessly in the mix. A flamed maple top finished in two-tone sunburst adds visual depth and subtle brightness, contributing enhanced attack and definition. Double body binding frames the top and back with classic Custom Tele style, lending refinement without compromising the Telecaster?s direct, workhorse identity. Wrapped in a sleek gloss urethane finish, the body resonates freely while maintaining long-term protection and consistent performance.

75th Anniversary V-Mod II Pickups With Series Switching for Expanded Versatility

Equipped with 75th Anniversary V-Mod II single-coil pickups, this Telecaster captures the expressive range that defines the model?s legacy. The bridge pickup delivers the articulate bite and unmistakable twang long associated with Tele tone, while the neck pickup adds warmth and rounded growl for blues, soul and melodic lead work. A push/push tone control engages a series wiring option, combining both pickups for higher output and thicker midrange response?effectively adding a more muscular voice without sacrificing clarity. From crystalline cleans to driven textures, the tonal palette remains dynamic and responsive.

Deep C Maple Neck With Satin Finish for Speed, Comfort and Stability

The maple neck features Fender?s Deep C profile, offering a substantial yet familiar feel that fills the hand without slowing it down. Its 25.5″ scale length preserves the Tele?s signature string tension and snap, while a 9.5″ radius maple fingerboard and 22 medium-jumbo frets support smooth bends and articulate chord work across the entire register. A Super-Natural satin finish on the back of the neck reduces friction for effortless position shifts, contrasted by a gloss headstock face for classic visual continuity. Additionally, a bone nut and four-bolt construction reinforce clarity, sustain and dependable tuning stability.

Compensated 3-Saddle Bridge and Locking Gold Tuners

The vintage-style three-saddle Tele bridge preserves the direct attack and string-thru-body resonance that define the instrument?s signature snap, while compensated brass ?bullet? saddles improve intonation accuracy without sacrificing traditional response. The bridge supports both top-load and string-thru configurations, offering subtle variations in tension and feel to suit individual preference. Deluxe locking tuners with gold plating provide quick string changes and dependable tuning stability, enhancing sustain and stage readiness. Lastly, gold hardware throughout underscores the instrument?s anniversary status, adding visual distinction to a platform built for performance.
