Martin 2024 Standard Series 00-18 Grand Concert Acoustic Guitar Natural

Description

Martin’s Standard Series 00-18 Grand Concert acoustic guitar is crafted to inspire. A solid spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides provide a rich, balanced tone that only improves with age. The smaller Grand Concert body and modified low-oval neck profile make the 00-18 ideal for intricate fingerpicking or all-night jam sessions.

Timeless Tonewoods Sing

The 00-18’s spruce top and mahogany back and sides have been used on classic Martins for generations. Together they produce a wide tonal range with ringing trebles, warm mids and robust bass. As the spruce top ages, harmonics open up and the overall tone becomes more balanced. The result is an acoustic with character that sounds better with every year.

Play All Night in Comfort

The 00-18’s smaller Grand Concert body and modified low-oval neck profile make it a joy to play. The neck has a slim, tapered profile for effortless fretting over long sessions. A shorter 24.9″ scale length allows easy formation of complex chords. Whether you prefer fingerpicking or flatpicking, the 00-18 handles both styles with ease.

Premium Appointments for Premium Tone

To match its resonant tonewoods, the 00-18 includes premium components like a 24.9″ scale length ebony fretboard and bridge with 20, bone nut and open-gear tuners. Its dovetail neck joint and scalloped X-bracing enhance projection and tonal balance. Together these premium features allow the 00-18 to sing with a clear, balanced voice.

A Lifetime of Music

The 00-18 is built to make music for generations. Its all-solid-wood construction and time-tested design provide a lifetime of tone that only improves with age. For the dedicated acoustic player seeking a resonant companion, the Martin Standard Series 00-18 is an instrument to treasure.
