Martin Custom Shop 28 Style Adirondack Spruce-East Indian Rosewood Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Natural

Description

The Martin Custom Shop 28 Style acoustic guitar provides serious musicians a premium instrument with rich tone and stunning aesthetics. Constructed with an Adirondack spruce top and East Indian rosewood back and sides, this dreadnought produces a balanced sound with shimmering highs, warm lows and a throaty midrange. The modified low oval neck profile and 1.75″ nut width make playing as comfortable as the tone is captivating.

Resonant tonewoods inspire rich sound

The Adirondack spruce top on this Custom Shop 28 Style dreadnought rings out with articulate highs and a focused midrange, while the East Indian rosewood back and sides add warmth and depth. Braced with a golden era X-brace shifted forward for enhanced bass, these premium tonewoods work together to generate a tone that flatters both strumming and fingerstyle playing.

Playability meant for performance

With a modified low oval neck, ebony fingerboard and bone nut, this guitar feels as high-performance as it sounds. The slim, smooth neck allows for comfortable chording and single-note runs, while the bone nut and compensated bone saddle provide accurate intonation for chordal strumming or intricate solos. 20 vintage frets offer plenty of room for expressive bends and vibrato.

Appointments as stunning as the tone

Binding, rosette and headstock inlays of select abalone give this dreadnought an opulent look to match its luxurious sound. Other premium features include an ebony bridge, Grover nickel tuning machines and a tortoise pickguard. Overall, the Martin Custom Shop 28 Style acoustic guitar provides an exceptional playing experience for serious guitarists seeking rich tone, premium aesthetics and performance-ready playability in a handcrafted instrument.
