Description
PRS SE Hollowbody II Piezo: The Ultimate Versatile Guitar
The PRS SE Hollowbody II Piezo combines the warmth and resonance of a hollowbody with the stability and power of a solidbody. Featuring an innovative piezo system, this piezo guitar allows players to blend acoustic and electric tones seamlessly, making it one of the most versatile instruments in the PRS SE lineup. Whether you?re performing on stage or recording in the studio, the SE Hollowbody II Piezo delivers unparalleled tone, functionality, and style.
Revolutionary Piezo Pickup System for Acoustic Versatility
The SE Hollowbody II Piezo features a newly designed LR Baggs/PRS piezo pickup system, providing access to both acoustic and electric tones in one instrument. With dual output jacks (labeled ?Mix/Piezo? and ?Magnetics?) and individual volume controls, you can blend the guitar?s magnetic pickups and piezo output to create a wide range of tones. Use the outputs separately to send the piezo signal to an acoustic amp or PA and the magnetic pickups to an electric guitar amp. This flexibility makes the PRS SE Hollowbody II Piezo perfect for players who need dynamic tonal options for live and studio applications.
Resonant Hollowbody Design With Premium Tonewoods
Constructed with a maple top and back paired with mahogany sides, the SE Hollowbody II Piezo produces a warm, resonant tone with enhanced midrange. The fully hollow construction enhances the guitar?s natural acoustic properties, while the Black Gold Burst finish adds a touch of elegance. The Wide Fat mahogany neck provides a comfortable playing feel for all styles, making this piezo guitar as enjoyable to play as it is versatile.
Vintage-Inspired Humbuckers for Rich, Musical Tone
Equipped with PRS 58/15 ?S? humbucking pickups, the SE Hollowbody II Piezo delivers balanced, vintage-inspired tones with exceptional clarity. These pickups capture the nuance of the guitar?s hollowbody resonance while offering the warmth and character of classic humbuckers. With 3-way switching, you can easily navigate between neck, bridge, or combined pickup positions for a wide range of electric tones.
High-Performance Components for Reliability
The SE Hollowbody II Piezo is loaded with premium features, including a rosewood fretboard with custom bird inlays, an adjustable stoptail bridge, CTS pots, and 14:1 tuning machines. These high-quality components ensure precise tuning, smooth playability, and reliable performance for both live and studio settings.
