Reverend Jetstream RB Maple Fretboard Electric Guitar Deep Sea Blue

Description

The Reverend Jetstream RB electric guitar is a versatile workhorse for players seeking vintage tone and modern playability. With Retroblast mini-humbuckers and a korina body, this guitar delivers percussive punch and singing sustain. A bolt-on maple neck provides clarity while the bass contour control lets you shape low end response. Whether you want to rockabilly twang or bluesy crunch, the Jetstream RB handles it all.

Korina Body Resonates with Sustain

Korina is a lightweight wood known for producing resonant guitars. The Jetstream RB’s korina body vibrates freely to create rich, sustaining notes. Its semi-hollow construction provides an airy quality without feedback. The korina’s natural warmth complements the Retroblast pickups, resulting in a guitar that’s as tonally balanced as it is lightweight and comfortable.

Maple Neck Offers Modern Playability

While the Jetstream RB evokes a vintage vibe, its roasted maple neck provides a smooth, contemporary feel. Maple is a rigid, stable wood that transfers string energy efficiently. The neck’s medium oval profile feels substantial yet fast, with a 12″ radius for effortless chording and bending. The rosewood fingerboard has 22 jumbo frets for a slinky, low-action setup. Together, these modern specs allow you to explore the Jetstream’s old-school tones without limitations.

Mini-Humbuckers Provide Classic Tone

Reverend’s Retroblast mini-humbuckers give the Jetstream RB a sound reminiscent of ’50s rock and roll. These pickups are balanced, articulate and pack plenty of output for overdriven tones. Roll back the volume knob for cleaner sounds bursting with harmonics. The bridge pickup cuts through the mix with focused midrange, while the neck pickup is warm and round. Blend them together for a tone that’s both punchy and full.

Tweak Your Sound with Onboard Controls

Shape your tone further with the Jetstream RB’s volume, tone and bass contour controls. Volume adjusts overall output, tone cuts highs for a warmer voice and bass contour tunes low-end response. Dial in clarity and bite or round out the sound?the choice is yours. A Wilkinson tremolo bridge also provides subtle pitch-shifting effects. Whether you want bright and cutting or low and growling, this guitar puts tone-crafting at your fingertips.
