Sandblasted Ash Top and African Mahogany Body for Rich, Articulate Tone

The Premium SR1325SB pairs a sandblasted ash top for clarity and attack with the warmth and sustain of an African mahogany body. Together, these tonewoods create a balanced, wide-range response with tight lows, focused mids and clear, defined highs. Lightweight and resonant, the contoured SR body remains comfortable for long sessions while providing a responsive foundation for fingerstyle, slap or pick techniques. This combination supports both visual refinement and authoritative low-end presence in studio or live settings.

Atlas 5-Piece Panga Panga/Purpleheart Neck for Stability

The Atlas 5-piece panga panga/purpleheart neck incorporates KTS titanium reinforcement rods for enhanced stability, sustain and resistance to environmental changes. Its slim, fast profile encourages fluid hand movement across the extended range, while the panga panga fretboard delivers a tight low end, focused midrange and crisp high-end attack. Medium frets with Ibanez?s Premium fret edge treatment ensure smooth, comfortable playability, supporting accurate articulation and long-term comfort for intricate passages and aggressive grooves alike.

Nordstrand Big Break Pickups for Aggressive, Flexible Tone

Nordstrand Big Break pickups give the Premium SR1325SB a punchy split-coil voice in a streamlined soapbar format, delivering full-bodied tone with low-noise performance. They retain clarity and definition across the entire frequency range, making them well suited for extended-range applications. Ibanez Custom Electronics add a three-band EQ with a three-way mid-frequency switch for detailed tonal shaping, while an EQ bypass option enables passive operation with the treble knob functioning as a global tone control. This versatile system adapts easily to a wide range of musical styles and performance environments.

Gotoh Tuning Machines and MR5S Bridge for a Dialed-in, Stage-Ready Setup

High-quality Gotoh tuning machines provide smooth operation and reliable tuning stability, while the MR5S bridge allows adjustable string spacing of ?1.5 mm for personalized feel and technique. The bridge?s solid construction enhances sustain and note definition, complementing the SR1325SB?s extended-range clarity and responsiveness. Together, these components ensure consistent performance in both studio and live applications.
