LsL Instruments Bad Bone 2 Black Limba Electric Guitar Black Burst

Description

LSL Instruments builds their guitars the right way, handcrafting each Bad Bone 2 Black Limba model with premium woods and proprietary construction methods in their Santa Clarita, California shop. The result is a boutique electric guitar that resonates with vintage tone and modern playability, ready to inspire your most expressive playing. From the bolt-on roasted flame maple neck to the hand-wound humbuckers, every component has been meticulously designed to elevate your sound.

Handmade Tone Wood Magic

You’ll immediately feel the resonance of the Bad Bone 2 when you pick it up, thanks to the premium black limba body wood and LSL’s proprietary bolt-on neck joint. This dense tonewood blend allows unimpeded vibration from the strings to travel through the body for lively sustain and note bloom. The bolt-on roasted flame maple neck only enhances this resonance further while imparting a smooth, modern hand-feel.

Vintage-Inspired Playability for Modern Players

While the Bad Bone 2 delivers vintage warmth and character, its playability has been optimized for today’s playing styles. The slim C neck profile fills your hand ergonomically, while the 12″ radius fingerboard allows effortless string bending. Jumbo frets make it easy to dig in without fretting out. And the 1.65″ nut width provides a comfortable string spacing for complex chords and leads.

Hand-Wound Humbuckers With Custom Voicing

To capture the classic tones that made you fall in love with the electric guitar, LSL wound their own humbuckers by hand to their own specifications. The bridge humbucker serves up searing leads with ample bite and harmonic overtones, while the neck pickup provides rich warmth for smoky jazz lines and vocal-like melodies. Combined with the resonant body woods, these pickups deliver dynamic, touch-sensitive response that lets your personal playing nuances shine.

Nitro Relic Finish for Broken-In Appeal

LSL’s dedication to vintage-inspired construction extends to the Bad Bone 2’s black burst nitrocellulose lacquer finish, which has been given an expert relic treatment. This meticulous aging process simulates decades of playing wear, imparting the same road-worn character as a cherished vintage guitar. From the worn arm contours to the ergonomic body edges, every element makes this guitar feel like an old friend the first time you play it.
