Martin Special 000 All-Solid Auditorium Acoustic Guitar Natural

Description

The Martin Special 000 All-Solid Auditorium acoustic guitar delivers acclaimed Martin tone and performance at an accessible price. Constructed with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid sapele back and sides, this guitar generates a bold, balanced tone with crisp highs, lush mids and tight low end. The all-solid wood construction provides incredible resonance and projection, with rich harmonics and sustain for days. Like Martin’s legendary Auditorium models, the Special 000 punches well above its weight, with volume and presence suited to any gig or jam. The Special 000 lets you experience the quality of Martin for less.

Mortise and Tenon Neck Joint Enhances Tone

The Special 000 features Martin’s signature mortise and tenon neck joint, where the neck is fitted into a socket in the body. This time-tested method allows the neck and body to vibrate as a single unit, producing a louder, fuller tone with enhanced sustain. The tight-fitting joint prevents energy loss across the connection, enabling a purer acoustic voice. Play softly or aggressively, and the Special 000 responds with a resonant, balanced sound.

Versatile Tone for Any Genre

With its solid-wood construction and auditorium body, the Special 000 delivers a versatile tone that suits any musical style. The solid spruce top generates crisp articulation and clarity, complemented by woody warmth from the sapele back and sides. This combination produces an acoustic voice with shimmering highs, rich mids and tight, punchy lows that flatters vocals or cuts through a mix. Whether you play rock, folk, bluegrass or pop, the Special 000 has you covered.

Premium Components and Construction

As an official Martin product, the Special 000 is built to exacting standards using premium tonewoods and components.
