Premium Mango Top With a Sleek PRS Violin Carve

The Mark Holcomb signature model features a stunning mango top paired with a mahogany body for warmth and sustain. The violin carve offers ergonomic comfort and a sculpted feel under the picking hand. Its lightweight body and balanced resonance make it equally suited to live performance or studio tracking. The Blue Wraparound Burst highlights the mango wood’s natural figuring, gives this guitar a custom-shop look without sacrificing durability. The satin nitro finish adds a smooth, worn-in texture that lets the wood breathe while reducing glare under stage lights. It’s a bold, premium body design ready for aggressive styles.

Fast-Playing Maple Neck and Ebony Fingerboard

Built for technical playing, this guitar sports a one-piece maple neck with a 25.5″ scale and PRS’s custom Mark Holcomb neck shape. A PRS double-acting truss rod allows for fine-tuned stability?ideal for drop tuning and seasonal shifts. The ebony fretboard, set to a flat 20″ radius, offers a fast, frictionless surface for sweeps, slides and bends, while the 24 frets give full two-octave access. A matching ebony headstock veneer completes the aggressive look. From low chugs to melodic leads, the neck construction supports speed and clarity without compromise.

Holcomb’s Signature Seymour Duncan Pickups Deliver Power and Articulation

At the heart of this guitar’s tone are Holcomb’s signature Seymour Duncan Scourge and Scarlet pickups, voiced specifically for his playing style. These pickups deliver tight, aggressive lows and brilliant high-end detail, ensuring clarity in complex chords and long-lasting sustain for soaring lead lines. The 5-way blade switch unlocks versatile options?dual humbuckers in position three, or coil-split tones in positions two and four for crisp cleans and mid-gain rhythm tones. Whether you’re playing is standard tuning or Drop C, this pickup set excels in dynamic range and articulation, giving players the confidence to tackle any musical challenge.

Top-Tier PRS Hardware Built With Performance in Mind

PRS hardware keeps things rock solid on stage and in the studio. The plate-style bridge features a string-through-body design that enhances resonance and tuning stability, while PRS Phase III locking tuners with wing buttons make for quick, precise string changes. The satin black hardware ties together the instrument’s stealthy aesthetic, with performance-grade components that hold up under heavy use. Whether you’re pushing your amp or running through modelers, the construction keeps intonation tight and sustain plentiful. It ships in a PRS hardshell case, tuned to Holcomb’s preferred Drop C setup (C-G-C-F-A-D) for low-end power right out of the gate.
