Reverend Descent Wilkinson Baritone Electric Guitar With Maple Fingerboard – Midnight Black

Description

The Reverend Descent Wilkinson baritone electric guitar delivers extended-range power in a familiar, agile platform. Its 26.75″ scale length gives lower tunings the tension and authority they need, while a slim solid korina body keeps the response punchy and balanced instead of oversized or unwieldy. A roasted maple bolt-on neck with a medium oval profile supports fast movement and confident fretting, making it easy to move between heavy riffs, wide intervals and articulate melodic lines.

Railhammer Pickups Keep Baritone Notes Clear and Defined

A Railhammer Nuevo 90 pickup in the bridge pairs with a Railhammer Cleancut in the neck to deliver a focused, modern baritone voice. The rail-and-pole design tightens the low strings while keeping the plain strings smooth and expressive, preventing muddiness even under gain. This pickup pairing maintains separation in complex chords and clarity in single-note lines across the extended range.

Bass Contour Control Fine-Tunes Low-End Response

Volume, tone and bass contour controls work alongside a three-way switch to give you practical, immediate tone shaping. The bass contour control is especially useful on a baritone platform, allowing you to tighten the low end for focused rhythm work or open it up for fuller, heavier passages. Adjustments are quick and intuitive for live or studio use.

Wilkinson Tremolo Adds Expressive Control

The Wilkinson WVS50 IIK tremolo provides smooth pitch modulation with stable performance, supporting subtle vibrato or wider dives without sacrificing tuning reliability. Combined with the longer scale length, the trem-equipped design adds expressive range while keeping the low strings tight and responsive in B-standard tuning.

Korina Build and Roasted Maple Fingerboard Stay Bright and Even

Solid korina construction keeps the Descent Wilkinson resonant and lightweight for longer sessions. The roasted maple neck adds stability with a dual-action truss rod, while the roasted maple fingerboard keeps the response bright, quick and consistent across all 22 frets. White binding, chrome hardware and a gloss polyurethane finish complete a durable, road-ready build.
