Description

Developed in collaboration with Jason Richardson?celebrated for his work with All That Remains and Born of Osiris and known for pushing the limits of modern guitar technique?the Sterling by Music Man Jason Richardson Cutlass signature electric guitar is built for speed, precision and total control. This six-string model pairs an alder body with a poplar burl veneer top and a fast roasted maple neck while custom high-output humbuckers and advanced push-push electronics give you instant access to aggressive lead tones, articulate cleans and dynamic boosts. Designed to meet the demands of technically driven players, it delivers clarity, stability and responsiveness for intense practice, studio accuracy and high-impact live performance.

Custom Jason Richardson Humbuckers Deliver Focused Power

Sterling by Music Man-designed Jason Richardson humbuckers are voiced for high output, tight low end and detailed articulation. Both bridge and neck pickups respond evenly across the strings, keeping fast alternate picking, legato runs and complex chord voicings clear and defined. Whether you?re tracking layered parts or pushing gain on stage, the pickups maintain separation and control.

Advanced Push-Push Electronics Expand Tonal Options

A push-push volume boost gives you an immediate jump in output for solos without touching your amp while the push-push tone control coil-splits both humbuckers for brighter, single-coil-style textures. A 3-way toggle switch keeps pickup changes fast and intuitive, making it easy to move between tones mid-song.

Modern Tremolo and Locking Tuners Keep You in Tune

The modern tremolo bridge is designed for expressive pitch work while maintaining tuning stability, supported by locking tuners that resist slip during aggressive playing. This setup allows for confident vibrato, dives and rapid transitions without constant retuning, keeping your focus on technique.

Fast Neck Profile Supports Technical Accuracy

The roasted maple neck features a 16″ radius and 24 medium jumbo frets on a rosewood fingerboard, giving you a smooth, stable surface for bends, wide stretches and precise finger placement. A 5-bolt neck joint and dual-action truss rod add long-term stability for demanding use.

A Signature Instrument for Players Who Chase Precision
