Resonant Tonewoods Shape Your Sound

The solid mahogany top on the C15CS resonates freely to generate rich, complex tone. Mahogany produces focused midrange, warm lows and sweet highs. Sapele back and sides provide tonal balance, enhancing the mahogany top. Together, these tonewoods create an instrument capable of both delicate fingerpicking and powerful strumming. The tight-grained, lightweight construction also contributes to the C15CS’s natural resonance and sustain.

Fishman Electronics Amplify Your Acoustic Tone

The Fishman ISY-201 pickup system gives you amplified acoustic tone when you need it. Simply plug into an amplifier or PA system to share your C15CS’s voice with audiences. Onboard controls allow you to shape the pickup’s tone to match your playing style. An electronic tuner ensures you’re always in tune, even on stage under variable conditions. The preamp’s discreet design maintains the guitar’s natural aesthetic.

Play for Hours in Comfort

The C15CS’s mahogany neck and fingerboard feel smooth and familiar under your fingers. Its gentle C-shaped profile fits comfortably in your hand. Medium-gauge frets spaced for acoustic playing let you bend and slide with ease. A 25.5″ scale length and wider nut provide ample space for complex fingerpicking patterns. Overall, the C15CS’s ergonomic design minimizes fatigue, so you can keep playing song after song.
