Powerful Pickup Configuration

Dual 85/15 “S” humbuckers flank a PRS-Designed AS-01 single-coil “S” pickup in the middle position, allowing for a multitude of tones. The AS-01 features both alnico and steel (hence the name), which adds mass to the pickup and sounds great overdriven. This versatile combination offers a tight low-end, a bright but mellow high-end and a twangy tone suited for a wide range of musical genres.
