Taylor 714ce Legacy Grand Auditorium Acoustic-Electric Guitar Natural

Description

The Taylor 714ce Legacy Grand Auditorium acoustic-electric guitar is part of Taylor’s exclusive Legacy Collection, created to celebrate their 50th anniversary. This model features Taylor’s flagship Grand Auditorium body with a Venetian cutaway, blending Western red cedar and Indian rosewood to produce a full, dynamic tonal range.

X-Bracing for Maximum Projection and Sustain

The 714ce Legacy is equipped with Taylor’s advanced X-bracing pattern, engineered to enhance resonance and sustain while maintaining structural integrity. This bracing allows the Western red cedar top to vibrate more freely, resulting in improved dynamic range and tonal depth. Whether fingerpicking or strumming, this design provides superior clarity and projection across the tonal spectrum.

Responsive Cedar Top Paired With Rosewood for Complex Overtones

The Western red cedar top offers a warm, responsive tone ideal for fingerstyle players, providing a nuanced and balanced sound. Paired with Indian rosewood back and sides, this guitar produces a full-spectrum tonal palette. The deep lows and sparkling highs deliver complex overtones and long sustain, making it suitable for both solo performances and ensemble settings. Each note rings out with bell-like clarity, offering a rich, detailed sound across the fretboard.

Gold Hardware and Premium Wood Appointments

The 714ce Legacy comes with Taylor Gold tuners and gold buttons, ensuring precise tuning and smooth operation. The genuine African ebony fingerboard and bridge provide a responsive feel and enhanced tonal qualities, while the Indian rosewood headstock overlay adds a refined aesthetic. Every detail, from the smooth satin neck to the gloss finish, reflects Taylor’s dedication to premium craftsmanship.

Exclusive Legacy Label and Limited-Edition Design

As part of Taylor’s 50th Anniversary Legacy Collection, each guitar includes a unique Legacy label inside the body, marking its exclusivity and connection to Taylor’s history. This design makes it a valuable addition to any collection, while its high-quality build ensures it’s also a top-tier performer.
