Yamaha FS9 Rosewood Concert Acoustic Guitar – Natural

The Yamaha FS9 rosewood concert acoustic guitar offers an unparalleled playing experience for the discerning guitarist. Handcrafted in Japan, its Adirondack spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides generate a warm yet balanced tone with shimmering highs and pronounced lows. Yamaha’s cutting-edge design techniques were employed to give the FS9 extraordinary projection and a resonant, full-bodied sound.

Premium Tonewoods Sing

The FS9 rosewood concert acoustic guitar’s solid Adirondack spruce top vibrates freely, producing bright, nuanced tones. Its rosewood back and sides add depth and warmth. Together, these tonewoods create an open, articulate voice that flatters your playing. Scalloped Adirondack X-bracing optimizes the top’s responsiveness so your performance comes through with stunning clarity and dynamic range.

A Neck Made for Comfort

The FS9’s modifiedV-shaped neck provides a smooth, natural feel whether you’re vamping chords or executing complex solos. Its 25″ scale length and 1.69″ nut width give you ample room to form complex chords without cramping your hand. Ebony fingerboard dots are inspired by traditional Japanese woodworking for an artisanal touch. Overall, the FS9’s neck design minimizes effort and maximizes playability.

Premium Appointments for Discerning Players

From its rope rosette and purfling to its washi paper label, the FS9 rosewood concert acoustic guitar demonstrates Yamaha’s dedication to detail. Its gold tuners provide precise, slip-free tuning. Natural gloss finish protects the tonewoods while accentuating their beauty. These premium appointments reflect the FS9’s stature as an heirloom-quality instrument made for the most dedicated guitarists.
